You must agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to become or remain an authorized user of the Service. As used in this Agreement, "we" and "us" means ChewZilla.com or any successor or assign of ChewZilla.com.

Your right to use the Service is subject to any limitations, conditions and restrictions established by us from time to time, in our sole discretion. We may also impose limits on certain features and aspects of the Service or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service from time to time.
We will use reasonable endeavors to enable uninterrupted access to this Website but access to this Website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time and we may alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any Service feature, database or content. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove any information on this Website and/or restrict access to this Website or any part of it, without notice from time to time.

Code of Conduct
You agree to use the Service in accordance with the following Code of Conduct: . you will keep all information provided to you through the Service as private and confidential and will not give such information to anyone without the permission of the person who provided it to you;

1. violates, plagiarizes or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to any copyright or trademark law, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights, or
2. is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or violates any law; and
3. you will not use the Service to distribute, promote or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation for funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services unless authorized by ChewZilla.com site owners or administrators.
5. you will not use the Service to distribute or up load any virus, trojan horses or do anything else that might cause harm to the Service, the Website or to other members' systems in any way.
6. you will not post or transmit in any manner any contact information including, but not limited to, email addresses, "instant messenger" nicknames, telephone numbers, postal addresses, URLs, or full names through your publicly posted information. ChewZilla Entertainment Apps: User will take full responsibility for use and downloading of any apps on the iTunes Store or other locations.
The Standard EULA (End User License Agreement) will supersede any other agreement. Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for any App downloads. If an error occurs during an App usage - please contact ChewZilla Member Support.
Best Price Guaranteed Policy
Best Price Guaranteed applies to Cruiseline Bookings ONLY. This means that you will receive the best pricing from the listed brochure price depending on the Cruiseline. To receive the best price guaranteed the customer must contact a Chewzilla Vacations Agent prior to booking to receive the best pricing. The Chewzilla Vacations search site (www.ChewzillaVacations.com) should be used as research for your Cruise Only with the follow up step of contacting a Chewzilla Vacations Agent. If the Customer chooses to book their cruise through ChewzillaVacations.com the Best Price Guaranteed policy can be used as on Onboard Credit at the discretion of Chewzilla Vacations and Chewzilla Entertainment, LLC.
